Emblem Furniture’s Home Staging Service involves comprehensively furnishing and dressing your property:

Furnishing includes supplying all of the necessary rental furniture required for each area of your home, including; reception, dining, study, bedroom, and ancillary areas.

Dressing includes a comprehensive make-over and design service for all rooms, including; bed covers, selected artwork, rugs, mirrors, etc. Additionally we further dress all of the rooms with selected objet d’art and other staging accessories to add that final touch of magic to give your property the 'wow' factor.

What are the benefits of Home Staging?

How long should I market my property for?

We normally recommend a minimum marketing period of between 2-3 months. Even if you are successful in the first week it would be prudent for you to keep the furniture in place until you’ve exchanged contracts, which normally takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks. You will also have the option to extend your marketing period on a month-by-month basis if you need to.

How much does Home Staging cost?

Generally the cost of home staging is relative to the market value of your property. For example, our average three-month home staging package (including rental items, makeover-artist, delivery, installation and collection charges) works out at approximately 1.0-1.5 percent of the value of your property, for properties valued up to £1m. For properties valued in excess of £1m individually tailored rates apply.
